Delete your Life in Accra account

In the game (quickest)

Open Life in Accra in the Android app or on the web at lifeinaccra.com and sign in.
Open Settings and tap Delete account.
Enter your password (a guest account types DELETE) and confirm.

Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email first.

At once: you're signed out everywhere; your email, phone number and date of birth are removed; your player is renamed "Deleted player"; friendships, marriage, group chats and crews end; things you had up for sale are taken down.
After 30 days: messages you sent (direct, group and street chat) are replaced with "[deleted]" and your posts are removed.
Kept: records of payments and Cedi Coin transfers, which we must keep for accounting and fraud prevention (they no longer show your name), and reports made about you, for moderation. Cedi Coin left on the account can't be refunded or moved once it's deleted.

Deleting can't be undone.

Send us a request and we'll reply to the email on the account within 3 working days. You can also email support@lifeinaccra.com from that address.
